Ok for those of us going and anyone else who wants to join us, we will be getting the 10am train (trains are 1 an hour)from Basingstoke arriving Hedge End 10.35am. Train Prices for a group are Adults £9.70.
We will then either walk (1.7 miles), or more likely get a bus or taxi to the ground.
Admission Prices for the day are Adults £16, Concessions £11.
There is no limit on food or drink you can bring in, as there will only be a few food & drink options open for County Championship games.
Depending on how the day goes, we will either get a bus or taxi back for the 6.40pm train arriving back in Basingstoke at 7.15pm.
Therefore I suggest we meet at the station for 9.45am to get tickets. Anyone is welcome to join us for a nice leisurely days cricket.

Ok just a reminder, that we will be taking a day-off from football (probably just talking about it for 7 hours)and watching some cricket down at the Ageas Bowl next Monday (20th August).
Currently four of us going, but everyone is welcome. Meet at the station for 9.45am to get tickets and the 10am train to Hedge End. Expected back in Basingstoke around 7.15pm.
