Tonight's pre-season friendly at Scours lane, Tilehurst, saw Stoke take a one-nil lead through a Stefan Brown left-footed finish.
Stoke put on more pressure in the second-half and George Reid was pulled down inside the box, allowing Stefan Brown to bag a brace of goals and double the lead, with a clinical left-footed finish in the top right-hand corner of the net from the spot.
City rarely troubled Stoke's defence and it was Bradley Wilson who slotted home from close range, that ended the scoring at 0-3 and a comfortable win.
