As its the FA Cup and the home team pay for travel arrangements why has no coach been laid on. There were as many fans as players on their coach Saturday IMO we've lost a chance of taking twenty to thirty extra fans to cheer the team on
There's a red mini-bus permanently parked in the Camrose car park, who does it belong to? Anyone know who uses it?
After the support the players received (and appreciated it) at Bridgwater and Ebbsfleet in the two previous rounds of the FA Cup you would expect the club to pull out the stops to get as many supporters to Harrow as possible. I've heard more noise from chapel mice!
Following the demise of the Supporters Club it appears stokies are not in the forethought of the those running the club.
On a separate note Jim - the red mini bus is used on a regular basis especially by the Academy within the week, and to carry equipment to and from away games.
(1) Thanks for red mini-bus info, did the club consider using it to take supporters to Harrow?
(2) The team coach for Harrow would I assume be financed by the host club under travel expenses so why can't the travel for the younger element of supporters be made affordable? Also, is it all pay except for management, players and directors?
Hi Jim - yes the mini bus was considered by the office, also no directors will be on the coach only the players and management and Kit men. Most are driving and like me giving lifts to supporters.
